FAQs
Certain items are not permitted to be stored. Please review the list below and refer to clause 6.3 of our Self Storage Agreement for further details.
You must not store, or permit anyone else to store, any of the following items in the Unit:

Food or perishable items, unless they are securely sealed in rigid plastic or glass containers and do not attract pests or vermin;

Any live animals or living organisms;

E-scooters, e-bikes, e-skateboards, or any similar battery-powered vehicles;
-
Flammable, combustible, or hazardous materials, including (but not limited to) gas, paint, petrol, oil, cleaning fluids, or compressed gases;

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons of any kind;
-
Chemicals, radioactive substances, biological agents, toxic or hazardous waste, asbestos, or similar materials;
-
Goods that give off fumes, vapours, or strong odours;

Illegal items or substances, or goods obtained unlawfully, including but not limited to counterfeit or smuggled tobacco or alcohol, and unlicensed or unsafe products (such as toys, electrical items, medicines, aerosols, cosmetics, or fireworks);

Items that pose an environmental risk or may cause damage to property or persons;

Cash, currency, deeds, bonds, or securities;

Items whose value cannot be reasonably determined in monetary terms, including goods of purely sentimental value; and
-
Any goods contaminated with food or other substances that may spoil, decay, grow mould, or attract pests.
Our facilities are highly secure and monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Intruder and fire alarm systems are continuously monitored, alongside comprehensive CCTV coverage.
Access within each store is restricted according to the location of a customer’s storage unit.
Entry to the facility is managed by an advanced access control system that logs every entry and exit, as well as each door opening and closing event.
Our store receptions are open from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00am to 3:00pm on Saturdays.
Customers can access their storage units from 5:00am to 11:00pm, seven days a week. For access outside these hours, please speak with your local store manager.
Yes. Simply bring your ID, your belongings, and payment to get started. You can reserve online in the morning and move in later the same day. Alternatively, call Titan Storage or visit us in person. Our team is always happy to help.
