Used Titan Self Storage Littlehampton to store the contents of a two bed house. My daughter was moving down from Crewe, and the arrival time of the removal van was uncertain, so the staff at Titan very kindly extended the access hours so even if the van arrived at 3a.m. we would still be able to get access. Brilliant customer service. And definitely a very secure site. Would highly recommend Titan.

I popped in a couple weeks ago to see if the site was suitable for our company as we need 24h access, for delivery drivers to provide stock for our customer. The staff member I dealt with was called Corey who was very helpful and also informed me that they have currently companies that do the same and have stayed with them for many years. While I was there I spotted an octopus vehicle and spoke to the engineer. He said he's been very happy being at the storage locker and can't fault it for his needs.

Fantastic service from Titan at Bridgend. I have just taken a small storage unit at Titan Self Storage, Bridgend. I had planned to move from another local storage firm which offered very mediocre service, and downsize slightly at the same time. Unfortunately I underestimated the volume of property I had in storage and found that we simply could not get everything into the new unit with Titan. Sean was brilliant, he stored the extra items at no additional cost until after the bank holiday, so as not to add further stress to an already stressful day, and then assured me that next week we can work something out! What fantastic customer service. I would heartily recommend this company, and Sean is outstanding!

The reason I have rated your Littlehampton bramch with a 5 star rating is because the Manager there Corinne is such a helpful bubbly person who will go the extra mile for her customers which in my case I find is a very rare thing nowadays. It does not matter what time of the day you walk into the Littlehampton depot its always clean and tidy and you are greeted with a smile from Corinne and Theo who both make you feel at ease as soon you walk through the door which most people are using storage for what ever reason so a little abit of help and reassurance from the Corinne and Theo gors along way They are a credit to Titan Storage as they are the first people you see on entering the building it is a pity that other companies do not follow by employing friendly staff like Corinne and Theo keep up the amazing job you guys do look forward to my next visit.

Titan Storage in Telford is well managed by Cameron who is responsive and helped me a lot when deciding which unit I needed etc. Unfortunately the company is let down by the sub-contracted out of hours service who have staff that are incompetent, unreliable and genuinely infuriating. A shame really as they also seem to have some good people when you finally get a call from the right one.

Great experience, we have rented multiple units at Titan Littlehampton for a few years now. The units are clean secure, and always accessible when we need them. Never a shortage of parking and always met with friendly and helpful staff - nothing is too much trouble for Corrine or Theo.

Access hours are 6:00am till 20:00 6:00am main compound gate opens. Few minutes later type my code into loading bay panel, receive 2 factor security code. Use code loading bay opens, enter code into final panel , code accepted , message states access granted but doors do not open Ring answered by out of hours team that are completely unwillingly or unable to help and just tell me to wait till 9:00 . I was supposed to be in east Grinstead by 8:30 Not impressed.

At the Bracknell site we have been storing some household goods and items and found the clean and dry conditions in the units to be very good. Above all though the customer service has been excellent with very helpful and friendly staff, especially Jaz and Shane who made the whole experience very easy. It was good value too.
